Titanium Construction Group completed a structural floor replacement inside a commercial unit on Spadina. The project included removal of the compromised floor structure, installation of new wood joists, a new steel beam, floor sheathing, plumbing rough-ins, new steel stud wall framing, drywall, and interior finishes. The work was completed to restore the unit’s structural integrity and prepare the space for safe, long-term commercial use.
